Please read below for information on ordering, choice, care instructions, sizing, pre-orders and thanks again for choosing SPT.

• Custom Player and Name Jersey printing service is not included in the same day shipping or the 2 hour in-store pick up offer and can take up to 5-10 business days for the full production process to be completed.  This is to ensure that we can access the correct Authentic prints and cover any shipping delays.
• PRE-ORDERS - Pre-Orders are offered by SPT as a service to customers to secure limited/popular/new custom authentic name sets that are not available at the time of the Jersey Release or when a player transfers teams.  The offer is made to ensure all customers get access to authentic printed Jerseys.  When Pre-orders are made SPT does confirm with the supplier on the arrival of the name sets, however due to circumstances like Global Demand, COVID and shipping delays these dates can and do change.  SPT will always endeavour to comply with the dates outlined, however please understand that the delays are out of the control of the staff and we will always provide a direct update if the delays are going to be increased.
• When choosing you custom Jersey on the SPT product page please select your jersey size, confirm your choice of Player Name and Number or Custom Name and Number and finally any badges that may be available.

Care Instructions - SPT Customs

• For all SPT Custom Jersey's, SPT follows the application instructions provided by the Jersey and Name set Manufacturers.  To ensure your jersey stays as crisp and fresh as when you receive it please follow the following SPT Tips.

1. Always wash Jersey inside out and only in cold water.
2. When washing do not use bleach and wash with like colours.
3. Only hang dry inside out and DO NOT use a Clothes Dryer.
4. Do Not Iron Print.
5. Always hang Custom Jerseys using a Hanger.
