Nike 'Mad Energy' Pack

Nike 'Mad Energy' Pack

Nike kicks of 2025 with the first collection of boots for the year - the 'Mad Energy' Pack.

Each boot in the collection shares a color across the board, making the 3 silos distinctively cohesive. With the usual suspects given a splash of red and mint, the Mercurial (Vapor 16 and Superfly 10), the Phantom (Luna and GX 2) and the Tiempo are set to light up the pitch in 2025.

The most responsive Mercurial ever, available in both Vapor 16 and Superfly 10 looks truly vibrant in an Ember Glow/Aurora Green colourway. These boots, as the color suggests, have a reddish glow on the pitch while the mint coloured accents on the Swoosh and heel contrast this ever popular silhouette very well.

Both versions of the boot offer exceptional grip thanks to Nike Gripknit, a sticky material that now takes up more of the surface on the upper of the boot, giving more grip and control on the ball in rain, hail or shine. An Air Zoom unit with a wave like traction offers ultimate grip when you need to stop and make quick cuts. Lastly, the full Flyknit upper, engineered for pure speed. The ridiculously light Atomknit and strong Flyknit come together to taper the weight on the sides of the boot and provide support for a nice, snug fit. The only difference being the Dynamic Fit collar that wraps around the ankle in the Superfly version.

The Phantom (Mint/Atomic Red/Off Noir), almost the exact opposite to the Mercurial, is covered in a bright mint across the whole boot, with an orangey red logos and an almost black accent on the smaller logos.

The Nike Cyclone 360 traction pattern offers next level traction on the field allowing for quicker movement and and improved agility when cutting and changing direction. Another great point of difference from other boots is the asymmetric lacing system, giving a larger surface area on the inside of the boot for ball contact. Flyknit materials also provide a snug fit and provide comfort around the collar. The Luna also sports a higher cuff with subtle ribs allowing ball contact a little higher up the ankle as well.

Last but not least, the Tiempo in all it's Hot Lava glory. Looking a lot less subtle than the last iteration in the 'Mad Voltage' pack, the bright orange and Grey accents give this boot a bit of life amongst the brightness of the other 2 styles.

Lighter and sleeker than any Tiempo before it, an extremely soft leather engineered by Nike named FlyTouch Plus drapes over this boot from heel to toe. Why is this important? It helps mold to your foot without overstretching the material and provides comfort and stability like you've never experienced. A technology called ACC (All Conditions Control) adds a grippy texture to the leather in both wet and dry conditions, while the Flyknit cuff around the ankle adds security.

The 'Mad Energy' pack is out now at SPT Football.
