How long do I have to make a return if I change my mind?
You may be entitled to an exchange or refund if you change your mind or make a wrong selection for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order
How do I make a return?
To make a return within 14 days of your purchase, please address returns to:

How do I exchange an item?
When you return your item within the 14 day timeframe, we may be able to provide an exchange with the replacement size shipped out to you at no extra cost.
If I wear a pair of boots in a game and decide I don't like them, can I still return them?
All items being returned need to be original condition. The original box/packaging must not be marked, labelled or drawn as the item may be re stocked and resold if in an acceptable condition. Due to our hygiene and safety regulations, we request that products being returned are clean and free of any stuck on or loose debris. Failure to follow any of the rules above may result in a rejection of your request.
I bought a pair of boots over 2 weeks ago but haven't worn them yet. Can I still return them?

I purchased a few things during a Sale, can I swap them for a different size?
We can look to offer an exchange to the value of the original purchase if the items are returned within 14 days.
Can Custom Jerseys be exchanged or refunded?
Custom Printed Replica Jerseys are excluded from exchanges or returns unless they are deemed to be faulty. SPT staff take meticulous care and ensure all details and information are correct before printing.
The following cannot be returned and will not be refunded or considered for exchange.
- Limited Collection Products
- Personalised or Customised Products
- Club Orders
- Special Order Products
All purchases from SPT Football are covered by Consumer Guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Laws (Competition and Consumer Acts 2010).
You are entitled to a refund if there if there is a major failure in the product of one of the above. If there is a minor failure, an assessment will be done and a replacement or a refund if the claim is successful will be offered.
